Product and stock
Every Hydra+ sachet uses the same formula, so the only real choice is flavour. Pick whichever suits your taste from our five options: Coconut Lemon, Elderberry, Ice Lemon, Lychee and Watermelon. You'll get the same electrolyte and creatine benefits in every one.
If a flavour is out of stock, you'll see an out of stock notice on the product page. If you're subscribed to that flavour, we'll notify you immediately so you can either switch to a different flavour or skip that delivery.
Yes. We use real photography throughout our site, so what you see is an accurate representation of the product you'll receive.

Ingredients and formula
Each sachet delivers a precision-formulated blend of electrolytes and minerals, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, calcium citrate, di calcium phosphate and chloride, alongside zinc sulphate, vitamin C and 2g of creatine monohydrate. Every ingredient is measured to a specific dose, and the full breakdown is clearly displayed on every product page so you know exactly what you're getting.
Each sachet contains 2g of creatine monohydrate, a precisely dosed amount that requires no loading phase. While it's best known as a gym supplement, creatine supports ATP production in both muscles and brain, helping to improve working memory and cognitive endurance while reducing mental and physical fatigue. It's also one of the most researched supplements in existence, backed by decades of science.
Hydra+ contains no added sugar and no caffeine. We do use two approved artificial sweeteners, sucralose and acesulfame potassium, to deliver great taste without the sugar. Both are among the most extensively studied sweeteners available, approved by food safety authorities including the FDA and EFSA, and used safely in thousands of everyday products.
Just 15 calories per serving, so you get full-spectrum hydration and performance support without impacting your daily calorie intake.
Yes. With just 2.5g of total carbohydrate per serving and no hidden carbs, Hydra+ fits easily into a keto or low carb lifestyle.
Hydra+ does not contain any ingredients that would be considered non-halal.
Yes, Hydra+ is free from all major allergens. It is manufactured in a facility that also handles common allergens, though strict protocols and quality controls are in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.
Each sachet contains 350mg of sodium citrate, a key electrolyte that supports fluid balance and helps your body retain the water you drink.
Each sachet contains just 15 calories, so you get full-spectrum hydration and performance support without impacting your daily calorie intake.
Each sachet contains 250mg of potassium citrate, an essential electrolyte that supports nerve and muscle function.
Hydra+ contains no added sugar. Great taste comes from two approved artificial sweeteners, sucralose and acesulfame potassium, instead.
Each sachet contains 2g (2000mg) of creatine monohydrate, a precisely dosed amount that supports muscle energy production, cognitive endurance and reduced fatigue, with no loading phase required.
Each sachet contains 60mg of calcium citrate, supporting the broader mineral balance in the formula alongside magnesium, zinc and vitamin C.
Usage and dosage
We recommend mixing one sachet with 500 to 1000ml of cold water, depending on your taste preference.
You can drink Hydra+ at any time of day. For best results, we recommend having it first thing in the morning so you feel the effects throughout the entire day, or after exercise to support recovery.
Hydra+ is designed for regular, daily use, with no need for loading or cycling. It's suitable for consistent, long-term use as part of your daily routine.
We recommend one sachet per day, increasing to two on days you exercise.
No loading phase is needed. You can start with the standard daily dose of one sachet (2g of creatine) straight away.
Hydra+ is designed to be consumed on its own, though it's generally fine to combine with other supplements. If you have any doubts, check with a medical professional before combining it with anything else.
Safety and suitability
No, Hydra+ is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, due to its creatine content. If you have any doubts, please consult your medical professional.
Due to its creatine content, medical professionals advise waiting until 18 years of age before using Hydra+.
If you have a medical condition or take medication, please consult your relevant medical professional before use.
At 2g daily, Hydra+ contains a precisely dosed, well-tolerated amount of creatine. This is well below the higher doses sometimes used in loading protocols, which are more commonly associated with bloating or water retention. Creatine has been extensively studied and is not shown to cause kidney strain in healthy individuals. If you have any pre-existing kidney concerns, consult your medical professional before use.
Hydra+ is well-tolerated by most people, with no specific side effects to note. If you do experience any side effects, please consult your medical professional.
Taste, mixing and flavours
Hydra+ is available in five flavours: Coconut Lemon, Elderberry, Ice Lemon, Lychee and Watermelon.
No. Unlike many other hydration supplements, Hydra+ dissolves smoothly with no chalky or gritty texture, just a clean, refreshing taste.
Yes, Hydra+ mixes well with sparkling water for a refreshing, fizzy alternative. Many people find this their favourite way to enjoy it.
Ice Lemon is our least sweet flavour, making it a great option if you prefer a lighter taste. You can also add more water to any flavour to dilute the sweetness to your liking.
Science and comparison
Unlike most electrolyte drinks and tablets, Hydra+ contains no sugar, is low in calories and includes 2g of creatine monohydrate in every sachet, giving you cognitive and physical performance benefits that standard electrolyte products don't offer.
Compared to sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade, Hydra+ is low in sugar and calories, delivers higher doses of the electrolytes your body actually needs, and includes 2g of creatine monohydrate, something you won't find in a typical sports drink.
It's more than convenience. Electrolytes replace what you lose through sweat and support nerve and muscle function, while creatine fuels muscle energy production for strength and power. The two work together because they share the same key ingredient, sodium, which your body needs for hydration and creatine needs for transport. A generic sports drink can't replicate this, as most are built around sugar with a thin electrolyte profile, rather than the sodium-to-creatine ratio that supports proper uptake.
Yes. Electrolytes help replenish the dehydration that comes with a hangover and the electrolyte loss experienced during air travel, while creatine supports cognitive function when you're feeling fatigued.
Storage and shelf life
Store your Hydra+ sachets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Each sachet is individually sealed, with the shelf life clearly printed on the base of the tube. Once opened, a sachet should be used straight away, as exposure to moisture in the air can affect the powder and cause clumping.
Yes, Hydra+ sachets are travel-friendly. You should have no issues with travel security, as the powder remains sealed in its clearly labelled sachet.
